A relaxed agenda may be more productive of dialog than one that rigidly adheres to a fixed scheduled. So, here are some general guidelines and a list of presentations with estimates of the time required for presentation. Presenters should feel free to change the order and duration of their presentation.
General housekeeping
Coffee will be available at the Imin Center for early morning coffee drinkers daily at 8:30AM. Sessions will start at 9:00 AM every day. There will be breaks around 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and lunch will be between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. The meeting room will be secured. Will adjourn for the day around 5:00 PM.
